- Preparation for and/or attendance at a public participation or information program
- Preparation for and/or participation in a value engineering program
- Preparation of reports relating to the Client’s long-range plans
- Provision of renderings
- Provision of models
- Technical representation at meetings
- Preparation of specified alternative designs
- Calculation of quantities of Work to be performed
- Assistance in obtaining required approvals, licenses and permits from governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project
- Arrangement for special testing of the Work
- Investigation of specified conditions (such as failures, accidents, groundwater and drainage issues, stability, etc)
